It looks like Chelsea are set to lose at least a few of their rising stars either this summer or next as a few of them are at the moment, refusing to sign new deals with the club.

According to youth insider, Secret Scout, Dynel Simeu has rejected a new 2-year extension at Chelsea and he is close to joining another Premier League club. The 19-year old centre back has played for England at youth level and will be a great acquisition for wherever he goes.

Meanwhile, according to Football London, there could be more promising rising Chelsea stars joining Simeu in soon leaving the club.

Neither one of Tino Livramento, Lewis Bate, or Myles Peart-Harris have signed their new contracts yet and we suspect this is why they might be training with the U16s right now as a result, but that is speculation.

Even still, as seen below, there are now major doubts over the futures of all three players.
